Effingham St. Anthony won a four-team track meet in both boys and girls action Monday.<\/p>\n

The Bulldogs claimed the girls meet with 167.5 points followed by Brownstown\/St. Elmo 60, Stewardson-Strasburg 31.5 and Neoga 7.<\/p>\n

Liv Hoene and Reese Hoene were three-time winners for the Bulldogs. L. Hoene claimed the 100 hurdles in 17.1 seconds, the 300 hurdles in 49.8 and the pole vault at 8 feet, 6 inches.<\/p>\n

R. Hoene claimed the 200 in 25.6 seconds, the 400 in 1:02.7 and the long jump at 17 feet, 5 inches.<\/p>\n

Aubrey Denning and Madilyn Haarmann picked up two victories each. Denning ran to victory in the 800 in 2:18.6 and the 1600 in 5:12.3.<\/p>\n

Haarmann was a winner in the shot with a heave of 30 feet, 8 inches and the discus with a throw of 90 feet, 4 inches.<\/p>\n

Also garnering victories for the Bulldogs were Gracie Slifer in the 3200 in 17:46.3 and Mary Scheidemantel in the high jump at 4 feet, 8 inches.<\/p>\n

Brownstown\/St. Elmo had three wins. Presley Williams captured the 100 in 13.4 seconds. The 4×100 relay team of Cordelia Lytle, Ariana Kistler,\u00a0 Addie Sasse and Williams won in 55.4 seconds and the 4×200 relay team of Katie Berner, Lytle, Sasse and Williams won in 1:57.6.<\/p>\n

In the boys meet, St. Anthony tallied 158.5 points followed by Neoga 88, Stewardson-Strasburg 32.5 and Brownstown\/St. Elmo 25.<\/p>\n

The Bulldogs’ Eli Hiatt was triple event winner, taking the 110 hurdles in 16.2,\u00a0 the 300 hurdles in 43.8 and the long jump at 19 feet, 2 inches.<\/p>\n

Connor Croy was a double event winner. He claimed the 100 in 11.6 seconds and the 200 in 23.8.<\/p>\n

Calvin Sudkamp went over the high jump at 6-feet-2 to win and also claimed the triple jump at 37-1. Harrison Miller captured the pole vault at 9 feet.<\/p>\n

Noah Flaig was a winner in the 800 in 2:16.2 and Camden Bloemer was a winner in the 1600 in 4:58.6.<\/p>\n

Neoga swept the relay events, taking all four. The 4×100 relay team won in 48.8 seconds. Rylan Eaton, Ian Caudill, Colten Beabout and Brayden Ray were the team members.\u00a0 The 4×200 team of Fisher Porter, Kaden Bryant, Asher Cardinal and Jayton Hanfland won in 1:42.2. The 4×400 relay team won in 3:47.2 minutes. Team members were Lucas Keller, Cardinal, Bryant and Brett Matusus. The 4×400 relay team of Keller, Hanfland, Ray and Matusus won in 9:29.6.<\/p>\n

Trenten Monnet was a winner in the shot and discus for Brownstown\/St. Elmo. He won the shot with a heave of 47 feet, 9 inches and claimed the discus at 164-2. Brownstown\/St. Elmo also was a winner in the mixed throwers 4×400 relay in 1:00.3.<\/p>\n

Neoga’s Lucas Keller claimed the 400 in 57.2 seconds.<\/p>\n
