L to R Tom Cole Trustee, Lucas Helton Trustee, John Beldon Supervisor, Brian Rincker Trustee, Kevin Rincker Trustee, Linda Oakley Clerk, Joe Oakley Road Commissioner<\/em><\/p>\n<p>47 years &#8211; that\u2019s how long John Beldon has served as the Supervisor for Richland Township in Shelby County.\u00a0 Beldon only missed two meetings during those 47 years!\u00a0 Missing those because his wife was having a baby, and because he was in the hospital.\u00a0 That\u2019s called dedication!<\/p>\n<p>The Richland Township Board recognized John at their April 3<sup>rd<\/sup>\u00a0meeting with many of John\u2019s family in attendance.\u00a0 The plaque presented to John stated \u201cIn recognition of your 47 years of dedicated service leadership, devotion and commitment to Richland Township.\u00a0 Thank you for your years of service.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Beldon&#8217;s last meeting will be Thursday, May 1.\u00a0 Brian Rincker was elected to the position of Richland Township Supervisor.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Township Board &#8211;
