He singled in the fifth, scoring a run.<\/p>\n<p>Richland County moved into a 1-0 lead in the top of the third but that didn&#8217;t last long as the Hearts came back with five in the bottom of the frame.<\/p>\n<p>Flack finished with two singles, a double, triple and five RBI. Max Seachrist chipped in with two doubles and an RBI while Wyatt Hayes added a double and Andrew Wagoner two singles and an RBI. Jude Traub chipped in with a single and two RBI.<\/p>\n<p>Flack also earned the win on the mound. The starter allowed two hits and three runs over four innings, striking out two and walking two.<\/p>\n<p>Effingham is back in action Thursday hosting North Clay in a game that will be heard on KJ Country 102.3.<\/p>\n<p>In a junior varsity contest, Effingham trounced Paris by a 12-2 tally.<\/p>\n<p>The Hearts had 12 hits spread among 10 players. Hayes led the way with a double while J. Warner had two singles and an RBI, C. Kalber and J. Wendt had a single and two RBI each W. Hecht added two singles and A. Leonard and L. Okaw Valley moved into a 3-1 lead in the third but Neoga tied in the top of the fifth.<\/p>\n<p>The Indians moved ahead with a six-run sixth and finished with two in the seventh.<\/p>\n<p>Neoga had nine hits led by Carter Young with a triple, home run and five\u00a0 RBI. Cayden Hakman added a single and double, Garrett Ballinger a triple and an RBI and Malik Coy and Kanen White two singles and two RBI each. Landon Titus finished with an RBI.<\/p>\n<p>Titus started the game and went four innings with Okaw Valley ahead 3-1. Ballinger then went 1.2 innings, giving up two runs on one hit, two walks while striking out four. Worman went 3.2 innings, allowing one hit, no walks and striking out eight.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the Wooden Shoes had eight hits. Michael Niebrugge finished with two singles and three RBI while Gavin Addis had a double. Both teams scored a single run in the third. BSE tied the score at 3-3 in the fourth. But OPH went ahead again with two runs in the top of the sixth. BSE pulled within 5-4 in the sixth. OPH then tallied its final two runs in the sixth.<\/p>\n<p>BSE had two hits by Dodge Willms and Nolan Wilhour.
