She began as a Universal Banker at the Vandalia Branch and now serves as a Commercial Sales Assistant supporting Midland\u2019s commercial clients out of the Effingham Branch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWatching Kelsey grow into her role and take on new opportunities with confidence has been truly inspiring,\u201d said Stephanie Sams, District Retail Manager at Midland States Bank. \u201cHer journey at Midland is a testament to what\u2019s possible when talent, hard work, and a commitment to learning come together. We\u2019re proud of the impact she has made\u2014and continues to make\u2014through her dedication to our customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The One Midland Club is the Bank\u2019s highest employee distinction, awarded annually to five team members who exemplify Midland\u2019s culture and core values.
