His background includes brand strategy, digital marketing, consumer insights, demand generation and marketing transformation.<br \/>\nAs Chief Marketing Officer, Peno leads Midland\u2019s marketing strategy and team, with responsibility for brand strategy, digital marketing, communications and public relations, creative services and marketing operations. He also partners with leaders across Midland to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and strengthen customer engagement.<br \/>\nPeno holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from Belmont University\u2019s Jack C.
