These questions have advanced ideological bias rather than fulfilling the Census&#8217;s constitutional purpose.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCongressional representation should be determined by American citizens, not millions of foreign nationals who have no allegiance to our country,\u201d said Congresswoman Mary Miller. \u201cThe Biden Administration allowed millions of illegal aliens to flood our streets, and Americans should not have their political representation diluted as a result.
