Also approved was seeking bids on sidewalk replacement and installation on North Third Street and West Lincoln Avenue. Grant funds will pay for the project.<\/p>\n<p>The Council paid Larry Heuerman Trucking for street oiling and joined a Local Debt Recovery Program at no cost to the City. Council members also heard that the Revised Code of Ordinances has been completed.
