He said they want to insure that they have the best case they can before filing charges.<\/p>\n<p>Corey Clayton&#8217;s mother, Kelly, said by phone Monday that they are concerned for their son and would appreciate updates from authorities as to the status of the investigation. She said her son has suffered a brain bleed, is intubated, and has been unconscious.
