The crash site is at the Effingham County\/Fayette County line.<\/p>\n<p>State police report that two SUVs were involved in the crash. One driver, 18-year-old Sophia Rhoden of Decatur, was cited for failure to yield at the intersection. No names were provided of those in the other vehicle, which was driven by a 34-year-old man from Altamont.
