County Treasurer Deb Ruholl said the due date for the first installment is Friday, September 25th and the second installment is Friday, November 6th.<\/p>\n<p>Payment options are as follows:<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Paid at most of the banks in the county<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Payment mailed to the Treasurer\u2019s Office<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Paid in person at the Treasurer\u2019s Office<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Paid online at effinghamcountyil.gov\/treasurer.<\/p>\n<p>A credit card convenience fee will be added for payments made with a credit\/debit card or e-check.<\/p>\n<p>Effingham County Treasurer\u2019s Office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The total number of bills mailed is 26,113.
