She married Chester J. Tenczar on December 2, 1950 and he preceded her in death in 2004.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>She is survived by her sons, Joseph (wife, Debbie) and Thomas, both of Effingham.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Valerie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and sister, Dolores M.
