Fletcher, 77, of Toledo, passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, with family at his side.<\/p>\n<p>A visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Saturday July 25, 2026, at the Barkley Funeral Chapel in Toledo. Celebration of Life services will be held immediately following the visitation. Burial will be in the Janesville Cemetery at a later date.<\/p>\n<p>He was born July 2, 1949 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to James and Betty Jean Fletcher of Toledo. He was the eldest of his siblings, Dorinda (Frank) Kirkpatrick and Mark (Debbie) Fletcher. He graduated Neoga High School in 1967 and attended Texas Bible College of Houston, Texas in 1968. He attended Gateway Bible College of St. Louis, Missouri in 1969. He attended Lake Land College in 1996 to obtain his EMT. Mike and Judith \u201cJudy\u201d Kay Manley were married on August 7, 1992 and spent thirty-three long, happy years together. The two had a blended family with four boys and two girls. James Fletcher, Michelle Galbreath, Quentin Fletcher, Leona \u201cLony\u201d Scott, Ben Fletcher, and Nathan Fletcher. He shared his sons with Viola (Potter) Fletcher and adopted Judy\u2019s daughters shortly after their marriage.<\/p>\n<p>He is survived by his wife Judy and schnauzer, Sir Winston of Toledo, children Michelle (Larry) Galbreath of Charleston, Angie Fletcher of Neoga, Quentin (Candy) Fletcher of Mattoon, Leona (William) Scott of Toledo, Ben (Stacy Phillips) Fletcher of Casey, and Nathan (Kelsey Barger) Fletcher of Mattoon. Grandchildren include Shania (Cody) Paap, Dustin (Amanda) Galbreath, Trevor Fletcher, Josie (Luke) Peters, Austen Scott, Lexie Fletcher, Peyton Fletcher, Keagan Fletcher and Faith Phillips. Great-grandchildren include Athena Galbreath and Dale Paap.<\/p>\n<p>Mike was preceded in death by his mother Betty Jean, father James, son James, mother-in-law Leona Manley, father-in-law Everett Manley and three of his beloved schnauzers.<\/p>\n<p>Mike was an active member in his community, supporting several roles throughout his years. He was the mayor of Toledo for ten years and was an ambulance driver for the Toledo Ambulance Service before going back to get his EMT. He owned and operated Napa Auto Parts Stores in Toledo with his wife Judy for many years. Mike was a member of the Sumpter Township Library Board, Cumberland County Developmental Cooperation (CCDC), and Kiwanis for many years.<\/p>\n<p>Though he has left this world, the lessons he taught and the love he gave continue to grow through his children and grandchildren. His legacy is our greatest inheritance.
