Broadway, Shelbyville, IL or donate a banned book.\u00a0 Arrangements are by Howe and Yockey Funeral Home, Strasburg, IL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Judy was born on October 29, 1951, in Rockville, IN, the daughter of Charles Walter and Anna Mae (Robertson) Frost.\u00a0 She was a preschool teacher and owned and operated The Edmond Academy preschool while living in Edmond, Oklahoma.\u00a0 Judy married John Elwin Radloff on October 29, 1998.\u00a0 Judy and John owned and operated Buster\u2019s Gas Station and Convenience Store in Windsor, IL for many years.\u00a0 John recently passed away on June 30, 2026.\u00a0 Judy was an avid reader, a skilled gardener, and a gifted watercolor artist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">She is survived by her daughter, Christa Welch of Denver, CO; son, Jeremy \u201cJamie\u201d Welch (Kathy) of Rockville, IN; six grandchildren, Beckett, Harper Frances, Carolynn, Courtney, Richie, and Dakota; three great grandchildren; brother, Wally Frost (Kathy) of Strasburg, IL; and several nieces and nephews.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">She was preceded in death by her husband, John Radloff; parents; Charles and Anna Mae Frost; and three sisters, Linda Sue Hart, Mary Lana Livengood, and Charlie <\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Beasley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Send condolences to her family at www.howeandyockey.com<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Judy died on Tuesday, July 7.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":7,"featured_media":42263,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_lmt_disableupdate":"no","_lmt_disable":"","footnotes":"","_members_access_role":[],"_members_access_error":""},"categories":[21],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-42261","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-obits"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
