One is at 926 East Fayette Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Jake Doedtman plans to construct a seven-unit apartment project bounded by Fayette Avenue on the south, Jefferson Avenue on the north, and Oakridge Drive on the east, across the street from Oakridge Cemetery. The variances granted reduced the required rear-yard setback and reduced the required front-yard setback.<\/p>\n<p>The other apartment building will be located at 710 West Richland Avenue for Shaina and Charles Albert and Carl Albert. The building will be bounded by Richland Avenue on the south and by Mulberry Street on the east. The variance will reduce the required rear-yard setback.<\/p>\n<p>The solar energy project will generate 85% to 95% of the power needed to operate the water treatment plant.
