Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society \u2013 World Wide Technology Hope Lodge, St. Louis, MO. Gieseking Funeral Home, Altamont is assisting the family with arrangements.<\/p>\n<p>Richard was born on Monday, August 4, 1952 in Vandalia to George R. and Grace A. (Sinnard) Morrison. He married Richelle Huffman on November 6, 1971. He was retired as a rural mail carrier after 32 years. In retirement he loved playing golf with friends and family and even made some out of state trips to play. Dick was a man that enjoyed life, friends and above all family. He was very friendly and would start conversations with complete strangers. He was loved by many.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to his wife, he is survived by his sons, Matthew A. Morrison and Michel S. (Jennifer) Morrison, both of Beecher City; grandchildren, Malayknee, Hallye, Brody, Lane, Wade (Miranda), Eden, and Judah; honorary daughter, Rachael Bell and honorary granddaughter, Nova Bell.
