Under One Roof.\u201d capital campaign. The pledge will provide $10,000 annually over the next five years to help renovate and expand CSS\u2019s Community Day Services building in Teutopolis.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign aims to create a more centralized, accessible space where individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities can access services, build skills, and strengthen community connections under one roof.<\/p>\n<p>Midland\u2019s investment aligns with the Bank\u2019s Community Impact Investment Statement (CIIS), which guides the organization\u2019s efforts to create stronger communities through economic empowerment, accessibility, and meaningful partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCommunity is strongest when everyone has the opportunity to belong, grow, and thrive,\u201d said Jeff Ludwig, Chief Executive Officer of Midland States Bank. \u201cCommunity Support Systems is creating a space that will expand access, connection, and support for individuals and families across the region.
