He is spending the year locally through the exchange program sponsored by Rotary International and the Effingham Noon Rotary Club.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"il\">Lenny<\/span>\u00a0lives in Leipzig and thinks he might follow his father in a career as an electrician. His sister has also been an exchange student.<\/p>\n<p>Leipzig is in eastern Germany. He&#8217;s young enough that Germany had reunified before he was born.
