Kale Hardimon hit a home run and finished with three RBI while Clive Schlanser also had three RBI behind a single and triple. But Okaw Valley came back with a run in the sixth and tied the score in the top of the seventh.<\/p>\n<p>Neoga scored the winning run on a passed ball.<\/p>\n<p>Malik Coy went the eight innings on the mound. He gave up two runs on seven hits. He did not allow a walk and struck out 14.<\/p>\n<p>Neoga finished with nine hits. Braylon Sparrow hit a solo home run. Davin Worman had three singles and two RBI while Aidan Niemerg added two singles and three RBI. Austin Borries and Teagan Pals tallied a single and two RBI each while Nolan Schumacher had two singles and one RBI.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Borries went three innings, giving up one hit and striking out two for the win. Gavin Addis went the final inning with three strikeouts.<\/p>\n<p>The Shoes are now 12-1 on the season while Robinson dropped to 7-7. Borries moved his pitching record to 3-0.<\/p>\n<p>T-town is back in action at Dieterich Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>In freshman\/sophomore action, Chatham Glenwood edged the Shoes, 7-6.<\/p>\n<p>The score was tied at 4-4 after three innings. Braddy and Hayes had an RBI each.<\/p>\n<p>Braddy suffered the pitching loss. He went six innings giving up three runs on four hits, four walks and striking out eight.<\/p>\n<p>The Braves moved into a 3-0 lead in the second inning. Effingham fought back with single runs in the third and fourth but fell short.<\/p>\n<p>Davis Venters led the Braves with a single and double.<\/p>\n<p>In junior varsity play, Effingham was a 5-1 winner behind an 11-hit attack. TJ Raddatz had a single and triple while Braden Jones had two singles and two RBI and Carter Kalber two singles.
