Each scholar also receives a commemorative medallion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bliler is a student in Lake Land College\u2019s agriculture transfer program. At Lake Land, he is an active member of the Student Government Association, where he holds the title of Student Trustee. As the Student Trustee, Bliler serves as the official representative of the student body on the board of trustees, advocating for students and working directly with administration to help shape the future of Lake Land College.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation has a long history of providing financial assistance to outstanding students at community colleges,\u201d said Jane Hale Paulsen, President of the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation. \u201cWe are proud to partner with Phi Theta Kappa to make it possible for more deserving students to achieve their educational goals and support tomorrow\u2019s global community leaders.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Students are nominated for the academic team by their college administrators. Selection is based on academic achievement, leadership and engagement in college and community service.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coca-Cola Academic Team members will be recognized in both local and statewide ceremonies.
