Authorities say the eastbound vehicle slid off the highway and into the lake. Only the back of the vehicle will be visible to passersby. The back window glass broke, allowing the three people to get out of the vehicle. They were treated at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>Emergency crews were called to the scene just after 7:30am.
