Combining the strengths of Design Tex with Stevens will enable the companies to serve an expanded geography and service the growing population in the Southeast.<\/p>\n<p>Closing date on the transaction was February 12, 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Design Tex currently employs a staff of approximately 35 employees including sales, engineering, casework production, millwork production, and installation.<\/p>\n<p>Stevens Industries, Inc. Design Tex is a highly regarded company in the Atlanta area with a long history including many repeating customers.
