At least some of those operators would like to resume if permitted.<\/p>\n<p>Plan Commission member Mark Thies had reservations about permitting the short-term rental facilities in residential districts. Thies said, &#8220;I have a problem with expanding in &#8220;R&#8221; districts. This is why we have motels.
