The 10-acre development is located along Althoff Avenue and will serve as the new home for Farm Credit Illinois. The banking facility will build a new home, moving from their current location along Route 40 between Effingham and Teutopolis.<\/p>\n<p>The other plat is of the seventh addition to American Way Industrial Park in the Effingham Business Park. The site is at the corner of Pike Avenue and Raney Street.
