Inc. &#8211; Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and\u00a0Russ Braunecker Cadillac Buick GMC Inc.\u00a0in Effingham to \u201cCram the Car\u201d with nonperishable food items, hygiene products and monetary donations for Catholic Charities\u2019 food pantry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donations for the annual event will be accepted the entire month of February. On March 1, HSHS Home Care staff will cram their cars with donated items before delivering them to Catholic Charities.\u00a0The regional Catholic Charities\u2019 office serves\u00a0Clark, Crawford, Cumberland, Effingham, Fayette, Jasper and Shelby counties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCram the Car inspires me every year when I see how our neighbors, friends and colleagues come together to care for the community,\u201d said Valerie Engelbart,\u00a0Volunteer\/Bereavement Services Supervisor for HSHS Home Care. \u201cIt\u2019s a privilege to deliver their generous donations. Let\u2019s see how many cars we can fill!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suggested items for donations include the following:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Boxed meals (Hamburger Helper, Rice-a-Roni)<\/li>\n<li>Pancake mix and syrup<\/li>\n<li>Jelly<\/li>\n<li>Pasta sauce<\/li>\n<li>Cereal<\/li>\n<li>Granola<\/li>\n<li>Sugar-free canned fruit<\/li>\n<li>Low-salt canned vegetables<\/li>\n<li>Large boxes of oatmeal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Soap<\/li>\n<li>Shampoo<\/li>\n<li>Feminine products<\/li>\n<li>Razors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Donors are urged to check expiration dates.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Items or monetary contributions may be dropped off at any of these locations:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>HSHS St. Anthony\u2019s Memorial Hospital front lobby or pre-surgical entrance\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013Weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<li>At one of these locations during business hours:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li><strong>Dan Hecht Chevrolet Toyota<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 2400 S.
