But started hitting three-pointers in a 19-14 third quarter and finished out strong with a 20-7 final quarter run.<\/p>\n<p>CHBC connected on 10 three-pointers in the contest led by Griffin Vaughn with three and Remington Howell and Porter Lilly with two each.<\/p>\n<p>Vaughn was the lone player in double figures for the Bobcats with six field goals and a free throw for 16 points. Vaughn 3, Howell 2, Lilly 2, Cosart 1, Sarver 1, Schlanser 1).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>At Farina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Windsor\/Stewardson-Strasburg moved into a 14-12 opening quarter lead against South Central in National Trail Conference play Tuesday evening and finished with a 61-38 win.<\/p>\n<p>The Hatchets went on a 17-6 second period run to lead 31-18 at halftime then poured it on in the third quarter with a 14-5 tally.<\/p>\n<p>Brody Bible connected on 10 field goals and was two of two at the line for 22 points. Tyler Vonderheide and Wyatt Wetherell added 10 points each.<\/p>\n<p>The Hatchets are now 2-2 in the conference and stand at 11-7 overall.<\/p>\n<p>South Central was led by Hudson Moore with 18 points on eight field goals, one a three-pointer and one of two at the line. Gavin Buening knocked in two three-poimters and Gavin Addis connected from beyond the arc.<\/p>\n<p>The Shoes defense got going, holding St. Joseph-Ogden to zero points in the third quarter while racing out to a 40-22 lead and then finished off the final period with a 16-12 run.<\/p>\n<p>Thoele hit seven field goals and was one of one at the line for 15 points while Buening scored 11 points. Zaine Miller, who hadn&#8217;t scored in the opening half, hit a two-pointer, a three and was three of four at the line for eight points while Cooper McManaway scored seven and Cooper Pals added five.<\/p>\n<p>The Indians had three players in double digits. Kade Milleville led the way with five field goals, one a three-pointer and four of five at the line for 15. Lawrenceville came back with a 15-8 third quarter and went on a 21-6 final period surge for the victory.<\/p>\n<p>Wilson scored 21,\u00a0 Cessna 20, Mickiewcz 11 and Goff 10\u00a0 for the winners.<\/p>\n<p>North Clay was led by Zimdars with 25 points on 11 field goals, two of those three-pointers and one of two at the line.
