The Shoes were led by Evan Kinkelaar with nine and Cameron Kremer with eight.<\/p>\n<p>Effingham was led by Levi Eckert with four.<\/p>\n<p>In the eighth-grade B game, T-town ran out to an 18-2 opening quarter lead and tallied a 38-24 victory over Effingham.<\/p>\n<p>T-town was led by Max Bloemer with 11 points.<\/p>\n<p>East St. Louis Clark won the seventh-grade game over Effingham, 54-4. No other information provided.<\/p>\n<p>Effingham fell to East St. Louis Clark, 45-43 in the eighth-grade contest. Clark held an 18-15 halftime lead then had a 16-13 third quarter run.<\/p>\n<p>Effingham was led in scoring by Peyton O&#8217;Dell with 13 and Deek Thompson with 11.<\/p>\n<p>ESL Clark edged T-town 38-36 in seventh-grade play. Clark led 33-21 going into the final quarter and made a comeback bid only to fall short.<\/p>\n<p>Bryson Meyer led T-town with 17 points.<\/p>\n<p>In the eighth-grade game, T-town was a 22-18 winner. Brummer 0, Bohnhoff 8, Lustig 0, Niemerg 6, Brummer 3, Koester 8, Uthell 0<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>At Cowden<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cowden-Herrick\/Beecher City claimed two victories over North Clay Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>CHBC won the seventh-grade contest in double overtime, 33-29.<\/p>\n<p>North Clay held a 6-1 opening quarter lead and led 12-10 at halftime. North Clay had a 13-4 third quarter to lead 25-14 but CHBC came back with a 13-2 run to tie the score at 27-27 sending the game into overtime.<\/p>\n<p>In the first overtime period both teams scored two points. In the second overtime CHBC had a 4-0 run to pull out the victory.<\/p>\n<p>Tyce Kircher and Colt Ondes led in scoring with 10 each for the winners.<\/p>\n<p>North Clay was led by Boose with 12.<\/p>\n<p>In the eighth-grade contest, CHBC was a 44-25 winner.
