Among the contestants is 2024 Miss Effingham County Fair Queen Kyandra Zerrusen. Kyandra is the daughter of Tasha and Matt Verdeyen and Nate and Marcy Zerrusen.<\/p>\n<p>Whoever is crowned Miss Illinois County Fair Queen for 2025 on Sunday night will reign over the 2025 Illinois County Fair and DuQuoin State Fair.<\/p>\n<p>The weekend also features the top finishers in talent competition at county fairs during 2024, with the winners getting to perform at the state fairs.<\/p>\n<p>The convention is also an opportunity for fair board members to begin talks with potential performers at this year&#8217;s fair.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(2024 MISS EFFINGHAM COUNTY FAIR QUEEN KYANDRA ZERRUSEN) The 2025 Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs Convention begins today in Springfield.
