The bonds would be issued in January and would generate $750,000.<\/p>\n<p>Althoff said the revenue could be used for asphalting the front part of the Hendelmeyer Park parking lot. He said the area would be the west portion near the pickleball courts.<\/p>\n<p>Another priority would be replacing some of the older restroom facilities, especially at Hendelmeyer. Also, if funds permit, the Board will consider constructing a pavilion.<\/p>\n<p>During Monday&#8217;s regular meeting, there was discussion about an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Effingham on constructing a storage shed. The shed, proposed for Community Park, would be used to store the &#8220;Wonderland in Lights&#8221; Christmas decorations.
