The senior class will host a pork burger cookout from 4-6 p.m. in the high school lobby.<\/p>\n<p>Pre-game music will be played starting at 5:45 p.m. The National Anthem will be played at 6 p.m. followed by the school song being performed by the cheerleaders and dance teams.<\/p>\n<p>The High School cheer, dance, girls basketball and boys basketball teams will be introduced and will perform\/scrimmage.<\/p>\n<p>This will be a night for everyone to enjoy so please come out to support the Dieterich Movin\u2019 Maroons.<\/p>\n<p>4-6 p.m. &#8212; Pork burger cookout, proceeds to to the Senior Class of 2026<\/p>\n<p>5:45 p.m. &#8212; Pre-Game Music<\/p>\n<p>6 p.m. &#8212; National Anthem &#8212; Avery Bohnhoff<\/p>\n<p>Sportsbackers Representative<\/p>\n<p>School Song (Cheerleaders\/Dance)<\/p>\n<p>Introduction of Cheerleaders with performance (Mrs. Rae Lyn Schmidt and Miss Alli Schmidt<\/p>\n<p>Introduction of Boys Basketball team (Mr. Brent Bohnhoff\/Mr. Colton Booher\/Mr. Rob Schottman)<\/p>\n<p>Fresh\/soph scrimmage &#8212; 8 minute running clock<\/p>\n<p>Introduction of Girls Basketball team (Mr. Jason Newkirk\/Ms. Carsen Funneman\/Mr. Jeff Overbeck)<\/p>\n<p>Girls Scrimmage &#8212; 10 minute running clock<\/p>\n<p>Introduction of Dance Team with performance (Mrs. Rae Lyn Schmidt and Miss Alli Schmidt)<\/p>\n<p>Runout<\/p>\n<p>Varsity\u00a0 Scrimmage &#8212; 10 minute running clock<\/p>\n<p>Dismissal<\/p>\n<p>Admission to the Meet the Movin\u2019 Maroons night is a donation to the \u201cBringing Christmas Cheer\u201d program to help provide gifts for children in the Dieterich district.<\/p>\n<p>Below is a list of requested items. There also will be the \u201cAngel Tree\u201d if anyone would like to get items for a specific child in the program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3rd Annual \u201cBringing Christmas Cheer\u201d Drive<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wrapping Paper, Tape, Name Tags, Gift Boxes, Stockings<\/p>\n<p>Laundry Baskets (to hold meal items), Cereal, Granola Bars, Can of Green Beans or Corn, Family Size Instant Potatoes, Can of Gravy, Pasta Sides<\/p>\n<p>Fillers (ages 4-18), Toothbrushes, Hair Ties, Hygiene items for small children, Lotion, Chapstick, Fingernail Polish, Candy, Small Toys<\/p>\n<p>Gift Cards $5-$10 (Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, Old Macs, Subway, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Cash to help with supplies, meals, fillers, or names not taken from the tree.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dieterich High School will have its annual \u201cMeet the Movin\u2019 Maroons\u201d night Friday, November 14.
