Effingham St. Anthony and Teutopolis were both 9-0 winners in girls tennis competition Thursday.<\/p>\n

The Bulldogs traveled to Charleston and handed the Trojans the loss. Mia Kinkelaar was a 6-2, 6-0 winner at the No. 1 spot. Liv Hoene claimed her win, 6-1, 6-1. Ellie Link took the next spot 6-2, 6-0. Avery Jones won at No. 4, 6-2, 6-3 while Rylan Boggs went 6-2, 6-2 at No. 5. Morgan Stephens finished out the singles victories, 6-0, 6-0.<\/p>\n

In doubles play, Kinkelaar and Link were winners, 6-2, 6-0. Boggs and Jones combined for a 6-4, 6-1 win. Hardiek and Daiber blanked their opponents, 6-0, 6-0.<\/p>\n

In doubles play, Probst and Lee went 6-0 6-2 at No. 1. Davidson and Ruholl combined for a 6-1, 6-1 win. The Shoes swept the doubles as Habing and Stortzum finished with a hard-fought 7-5 , 5-7 , 10-8 win.<\/p>\n
