The St Anthony Match Play Event was held Monday afternoon at Effingham Country Club with several top teams from the area participating in the event.<\/p>\n

For the first time in school history Effingham claimed the team title. Effingham finished with a team total of 6. Followed closely by Marquette and Teutopolis with 5 1\u20442 each. St Anthony #1 was fourth with 5, followed by Red Bud 4 1\u20442, Benton 4, Olney 3 1\u20442, St. Anthony #2 and Massac County 2 1\u20442, and Red Hill 1.<\/p>\n
