Siemer was elected President of Siemer Milling Company of Teutopolis, IL by the board of directors, effective August 22. He was previously Vice President and Secretary\/Treasurer, and has been employed at the company for 13 years. The 36-year-old Siemer is a graduate of McKendree University, Lebanon.<\/p>\n<p>A release from the company stated, &#8220;Part of the 6th generation of family leadership at Siemer, Henry brings a clear understanding of both the company\u2019s values and the evolving situation of the flour milling industry. He is committed to successfully building on the strong foundation established over the 143 year history of the company.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201cFrom my father, I\u2019ve learned that true leadership rests on four essential pillars of support. First, our employees\u2014the skilled, hardworking individuals who take ownership of their work and drive our success. Second, our community, whom we serve with the same dedication as our customers. And fourth, faith, which brings profound fulfillment and guides our path\u201d\u00a0<\/i>stated Henry Siemer.<\/p>\n<p>Henry\u2019s father, Richard C.
