Mark your calendars for September 13 for a weekend of live entertainment, community spirit, and charitable giving.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Truck Convoy &amp; Fundraiser Event: September 13<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On September 13th, join in an exciting day at the Effingham County Fairgrounds as they host the 7th Annual Central Illinois Truck Convoy fundraiser. The day\u2019s schedule is packed<br \/>\nwith activities for all ages:<br \/>\n\uf0b7 8:30 AM: Gates Open<br \/>\n\uf0b7 8:45AM &#8211; 10:30 AM: Registration<br \/>\n\uf0b7 10:30 AM: Crisis Nursery and Amy Center Presentations<br \/>\n\uf0b7 11:00 AM: Live\/Silent Auctions Begin<br \/>\n\uf0b7 12:00 PM: Live\/Silent Auctions End<br \/>\n\uf0b7 12:00 PM: Live Entertainment &#8211; Layla Smith<br \/>\n\uf0b7 1:00 PM: Convoy Departs<\/p>\n<p><strong>Convoy Route<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The convoy will kick off from the fairgrounds in Altamont, traveling along the following route:<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Altamont (fairgrounds) to Effingham<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Downtown Effingham through Teutopolis<br \/>\n\uf0b7 South to Route 33<br \/>\n\uf0b7 From Route 33 west to Effingham<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Concluding at the fairgrounds in Altamont<\/p>\n<p>Companies and individuals interested in showcasing their trucks are encouraged to register online at Central Illinois Truck Convoy or on the day of the event. Each truck entry costs $50.
