Lake Land College and Laker Athletics are proud to share the many team and individual athletic accomplishments from the 2024-2025 academic year.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur student athletes did a remarkable job representing Lake Land College in 2024-2025, demonstrating leadership, dedication and resilience in their sports and in the classroom. We had five NJCAA teams earn academic honors, with three of those teams reaching National Tournaments to compete for championships among the greatest teams in the country,\u201d said Director of Athletics Bill Jackson.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese accomplishments reflect the outstanding young men and women who participate in athletics at Lake Land College, the strong commitment of our coaches and athletic staff and the many contributions of faculty and staff across the College,\u201d Jackson said. \u201cWe want to congratulate our student athletes for a tremendous year and wish the best of luck to those who are transferring as they continue their athletic and academic goals.\u201d<\/p>\n

NJCAA Academic Team (must have a team GPA of 3.00 or higher).<\/p>\n

The athletic accomplishments for the 2024-2025 year in this area include:<\/p>\n

NJCAA All-Academic First Team (athletes with 24 credit hours with 4.00 GPA) — Sydney Richards (Sigel), women’s basketball<\/p>\n

NJCAA All-Academic Second Team (athletes with 24 credit hours with 3.80-3.99 GPA) — Nathan Stuemke (Altamont), baseball and Danielle Probst (Teutopolis), volleyball.<\/p>\n

NJCAA All-Academic Third Team (athletes with 24 credit hours with 3.60-3.79 GPA) — Noah Dill (Dieterich), baseball, Ashton Coleman (Toledo), volleyball, Emma Deters (Teutopolis), volleyball, TaNeal Einhorn (Teutopolis), volleyball, Haley Campbell (Neoga), women’s basketball, Sydney Hackman (Neoga), women’s basketball and Kaylee NIebrugge (Sigel), women’s basketball<\/p>\n
