Motorists on Henrietta Street will use the newly constructed outside lanes with one lane open in each direction.<\/p>\n<p>Traffic traveling on Henrietta Street will be prohibited from making left turns at the Jefferson Avenue intersection. Motorists on Jefferson Avenue will only be able to turn right onto Henrietta<br \/>\nStreet.
