Tieffel will be allowed to run a 10-foot fence 24 feet from the carport, then five feet of four-foot fence to the edge of the driveway. The last portion can be a solid fence.<\/p>\n<p>The Board granted a rear yard setback variance for Karen Wiercioch for her property at 2307 Lilly Street from 22 feet to 17 feet. Wiercioch plans to construct a covered and enclosed patio.<\/p>\n<p>The Board of Appeals reviewed changes proposed for the city zoning ordinance. More complete guidelines are being sought for signage, particularly billboards.
