Not pictured: Sarah Williams, RN)<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you have a wound that will not heal, you need expert, compassionate care.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HSHS St. Anthony\u2019s Memorial Hospital\u2019s Wound Healing Center has once again been awarded the prestigious\u00a0<em>Center of Distinction\u00a0<\/em>award\u00a0by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.healogics.com\/\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=http:\/\/www.healogics.com\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1749678626040000&amp;usg=AOvVaw1lHMhbl7sFOwn2ymSDnKLu\">Healogics<\/a><sup>\u00ae<\/sup>, the nation\u2019s largest provider of advanced wound care services.\u00a0The Wound Healing Center has won this award every year since it opened in 2010, making them one of only two other Healogics centers nationwide to have won this award for 15 consecutive years.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The award was given for the Wound Healing Center\u2019s outstanding clinical results for their patients this past year, including a patient satisfaction rate higher than 92%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. Jeff Brummer, Medical Director of St. Anthony\u2019s Wound Healing Center, expressed his appreciation for the center winning the Center of Distinction award repeatedly over the last 15 years. \u201cIt takes extraordinary expertise and commitment to achieve this high degree of care year after year. It is a testament to the exceptional care and dedication demonstrated by the physicians, providers and staff associated with St. Anthony\u2019s Wound Healing Center,\u201d Dr. Brummer said.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Fifteen Years of Healing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Wound Healing Center is celebrating its 15<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0anniversary this year. Over the past decade and a half, its dedicated team has healed at least 10,949 wounds, restoring health, comfort and quality of life to thousands of patients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ashley Dillingham, Director of the Wound Healing Center, shared, \u201cWe always appreciate being recognized for the work that we do, but what is more important is what it represents \u2013 all those we have helped heal from their wounds and the relationships we have built with them during their healing journey,\u201d she said. \u201cThis is the place you want to be if you have a wound that just won\u2019t heal. St. Anthony\u2019s Wound Healing Center also offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which works by surrounding the patient with 100% oxygen to help accelerate wound healing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Wound Healing Center cares for people that have wounds that have not begun to heal in four weeks or have not completely healed in six weeks.
