eutopolis held a Shootout Saturday.and picked up two victories over East St. Louis Mason-Clark.<\/p>\n

T-town was a winner in the seventh-grade contest, 43-28. The Shoes ran out to a 12-3 opening quarter lead and led 22-11 at halftime.<\/p>\n

Mason Giles led in scoring with 16 while Connor Althoff added 11.<\/p>\n

In eighth-grade play, T-town won over East St. Louis Mason-Clark 48-25.<\/p>\n

T-town held a 21-11 halftime lead.<\/p>\n

Niemerg led the way with 17 points while Goeckner added 13 for the Shoes.<\/p>\n

Effingham captured the seventh-grade win over Mason Clark, 44-26. The Mustangs took a 26-11 halftime lead.<\/p>\n

Calvin Beck scored 20 for the winners.<\/p>\n

In eighth-grade play, Mason Clark was a 45-42 winner.<\/p>\n

The Mustangs were led by Dagg Thompson with 15 and Joel Flack with 10.<\/p>\n

In B competition, Effingham beat Teutopolis, 29-23.<\/p>\n

The Mustangs held a 15-9 halftime lead. Coen Westjohn scored nine to lead Effingham.<\/p>\n

T-town was led by Lynch with six.<\/p>\n
