Braun said if you have not turned the form in, you&#8217;re asked to do so when you can and she said not to be worried.<\/p>\n<p>Over 4,500 forms are mailed and a return suggested date is needed to assist processing. The 2025 Renewals for all Homestead Exemptions previously applied for were mailed out last February. If you turn 65 during the tax years 2024 or 2025, you can still file for Senior Exemptions. Also available are Disabled Persons (declared by Social Security or Physician), Disabled Veterans (rated 30% or higher) and Home Improvement Exemption (for taxable improvements to existing Principal Residences).
