Effingham St. Anthony moved into the No. 1 spot in the Class 1A girls state basketball poll this week.<\/p>\n

The Bulldogs were sitting in second last week but took the top spot.<\/p>\n

Brownstown\/St. Elmo is tied for fifth in the same 1A poll.<\/p>\n

Teutopolis stands in fifth in the  Class 2A poll.<\/p>\n

In the boys poll, Effingham St. Anthony is in the fifth spot while Dieterich is in the others receiving votes category.<\/p>\n
