DESCRIPTION:Print$20 Sports Physicals will be offered at various Sarah Bush Lincoln Clinic locations and dates: \n– Each $20 fee will be donated to the school’s athletic booster clubs.\n– Physicals at the SBL Neoga Clinic are free to students in the Neoga school district.\n– Immunizations will not be given.\n– Cash or check only will be accepted.
