DESCRIPTION:PrintFree Diabetes Education Class Offered by  \nHSHS Medical Group Diabetes and Endocrinology \n 2025 Class Schedule \nHSHS Medical Group Diabetes and Endocrinology – Effingham delivers world-class care close to home with a highly specialized team of local experts. \nTo help and encourage those with diabetes and their family members\, HSHS Medical Group Diabetes and Endocrinology – Effingham offers a diabetes education class\, free of charge.  All classes are held at their office at 500 N. Maple St.\, Suite 200 in Effingham. \n• Free Comprehensive Diabetes Education Class – This free class helps provide a better understanding of managing all types of diabetes.  Topics include nutrition\, monitoring\, medications\, healthy coping and reducing risks.  Class participants receive individualized goals and a comprehensive diabetes management plan.
