NTC Volleyball Tourney Opens, EIC Tourney Monday

The National Trail Conference Volleyball Tournament will open play tonight at St. Anthony High School's Enlow Center.
Drawing the No. 1 seed was Windsor/Stewardson-Strasburg while No. 2 went to Altamont and No. 3 to St. Elmo/Brownstown
Those three teams will head pool play. Along with WSS in Pool A are No. 6 Neoga and No. 7 South Central. With Altamont in Pool B are North Clay (Louisville) and Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City. SEB heads Pool C with No. 4 St. Anthony and No. 9 Dieterich.
Tonight's play will feature Pool A only at the Enlow Center. WSS meets South Central at 5 p.m. followed by Neoga taking on South Central at 6 and finishing out with WSS against Neoga at 7.
Action continues Friday with the finals scheduled for Saturday.

Egyptian-Illini Conference Round Robin Tournament
Pairings were released for the Egyptian-Illini Conference Round Robin Volleyball Tournament.
Members of the tourney field include Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City, St. Elmo/Brownstown, Patoka, Ramsey and Mulberry Grove.
The tournament will start Monday and run Tuesday and finish out Thursday.

Match 3 -- Ramsey vs. Mulberry Grove, 8 p.m.
