Teutopolis picked up two victories in junior high volleyball competition Tuesday.

The Wooden Shoes downed Charleston 25-20, 25-14 in seventh-grade play and improved to 8-2 on the season.

In eighth-grade action, T-town won the opening set 25-23 before Charleston came back with a 25-18 count in the second set. The match then went to the Wooden Shoes 25-16. T-town improves to 8-2.

At Farina

Altamont Lutheran came calling and picked up two wins over South Central Tuesday.

Altamont Lutheran won the seventh-grade match. South Central took the opening set 25-15 before Altamont Lutheran came back with 25-18, 25-23 scores for the match.

n eighth-grade play, Altamont was a winner 25-17, 25-17.

South Central dropped to 6-4 in both seventh- and eighth-grade play.

 

At St. Elmo

Cowden-Herrick/Beecher City splits victories with St. Elmo/Brownstown Tuesday.

In the seventh-grade match, CHBC was a winner 25-16, 25-8.

St. Elmo/Brownstown claimed the eighth-grade match. CHBC won the opening set 25-20 but SEB came back with 25-15, 25-18 scores for the match.
