BSE, Wayne City Play to 1-1 Baseball Tie

BROWNSTOWN -- Brownstown/St. Elmo and Wayne City played to a 10-10 tie with the baseball game ending in the eighth due to darkness.

Wayne City held a 10-2 lead going into the seventh when BSE tallied eight in the bottom of that frame to send the game into the extra inning.

BSE had 12 hits led by Bryton Pruett with three singles, two doubles and an RBI, Nick Rosborough a single, double and two RBI and Andy Goldsborough two singles and an RBI.

BSE is now 8-7-1 on the season.
