Jasper County split junior high volleyball victories with Edwards County (Albion) Thursday evening.

Edwards County picked up the seventh-grade win 25-9, 25-19.

In the eighth-grade contest, Jasper County was a 25-22, 25-17 winner.

At Newton

Seventh-Grade Match

Jasper County -- Einhorn, 5 points, 2 aces, 2 digs; Frichtl, 1 kill, 1 block; Kinder, 4 points, 4 aces, 2 digs; Michl, 3 points; Parr, 2 points

Eighth-Grade Match

North Clay (Louisville) split victories with South Central.

North Clay won the seventh-grade match 25-23, 25-16. In eighth-grade play, South Central was the winner 25-23, 20-25, 15-6.
