ST. ELMO -- St. Elmo/Brownstown handed Dieterich a loss in National Trail Conference volleyball competition Friday.

The Eagles won in two hard-fought matches, 27-25 and 28-26. Hannah Hunzinger led Dieterich in assists with 17. Mikayla Winters and Mallorie Vahling led in kills with seven each. Vahling had 10 digs.
