American sprinter Christian Coleman, the world 100-meter champion, has been banned for two years by the Athletics Integrity Unit for missing a drug test, meaning he will miss the Tokyo Olympics next year.

Under the World Anti-Doping Agency's system, athletes must let anti-doping officials know where they'll be for one hour every day for possible testing. If they fail to do so three times in 12 months, they can face punishment. Coleman missed a third test in a year in December.
