EHS Boys Compete at Mattoon Invite

MATTOON -- Effingham High School competed in the Mattoon Boys Track Invitational Tuesday.

Winning the meet was Marion with 108 points followed by Decatur MacArthur 85, Danville 84, Urbana 71, Champaign Central 53.25, Mattoon 51.25, Centralia 42.25, Charleston 37 and Effingham 27.

The Hearts' Clayton Cramsey took second in the 400 with a time of 52.06 seconds and fifth in the high jump at 5-6.

Other top five finishes for EHS were Tristin Duncan fourth in the 200 in 24.25, Lewis Holden fifth in the 110 hurdles in 18.28, the Hearts 400 relay team fourth in 45.55 and the 1600 relay team fourth in 3:42.73.
