Effingham High School senior Jackson Woelfer has signed his letter of intent to run track at North Central College in Naperville.

Jack, the son of Matthew and Donna Woelfer, plans to major in Pre-Physical Therapy at North Central, a school that a number of former EHS athletes have called, and do now call, home. He said North Central's long record of success in track was a draw. He said he looked at competing in football and track in college and felt he could have the most success in track.
